PRC is expected to publish the results of the July 2013 Real Estate Appraisers Board Examinations a few days after the examination this July 21, 2013 (Sunday) on the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo & Lucena.
The results of the examination including the list of passers, topnotchers, performance of schools and top schools are to be posted here. Details about the registration and oathtaking will also be posted here.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
- metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and
- the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016. Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

OATHTAKING SCHEDULE
The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
